Supercharge - It only triggers on melee attacks not skills, it has an absurdly low trigger chance, and it barely augments your damage. Avoid like the Plague: Ember Reach - Its a hook that deals no damage and needs charge to work. It depends on your difficulty and playstyle, but don't worry too much about it, because at the late game (lvl 99 sets) you can enchant them with stats in the ranges of 100+. Since you mentioned doing a 1h/Shield build this is useless, but its a decent skill nonetheless. So its fairly easy to get more then enough of each stat.
